Sheila prepares strategic communication and sustainability plans, organizational assessments, ESG/Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) assessments, grants management programs, ethical reviews, governance structures (including preparing by-laws, policies and procedures, and promoting management consulting competence standards and practices.

She has managed major (multi-million-dollars in capital) charitable foundations - where she developed literally hundreds of innovative initiatives that built and expanded capacity to support individuals in need, communities, and environmental stewardship initiatives.

In her work as an independent management consultant, she has worked for large and small businesses and non-profits and is also an instructor and mentor for professional associations and at academic institutions.
